BRBTA Feedback Policy
We welcome your comments...
Purpose:
To provide a mechanism for public feedback (positive and negative)
to be received and actioned in a timely and appropriate manner.
Outcome Statement:
The credibility and reputation of the BRBTA is protected and enhanced.
Policy:
- All feedback is handled professionally.
- Accountability of members is maintained through response management
- All responses are timely and appropriate
- Members with three unresolved negative responses in a six month period will be requested to "show cause" for continued membership
- BRBTA Management Committee will determine whether or not a member's membership should be terminated
- Terminated members have right of appeal in accordance with BRBTA Model Rules (available at www.brbta.com.au)
